Sales Executive - Wimbledon

An opportunity has become available for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our growing design house at Santorus!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our creative team and work on identifying new sales opportunities for our flamboyant fashion and interiors collections.

The successful candidate must be passionate about fashion and interiors and keen to make an impact within a growing, dynamic company.

The role would be predominantly office based in our Wimbledon showroom.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads through creative thinking and strategies – we want you to think outside the box!

  • Working within a team and independently to grow revenue and reach monthly sales targets.

  • Supporting existing accounts and sales channels.

  • Closing sales, including management and care of new customers.

  • Suggesting and exploring potential agents and distributors worldwide.

  • Opportunities to travel; visiting international stockists and maintaining strong, positive business relationships.

  • Participating at Trade Shows Internationally (including set up).

  • Working within a small team to increase Santorus’s global brand coverage.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • The ability and desire to work towards revenue targets, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

  • A degree level education (not essential but an advantage)

  • Experience of working in a luxury lifestyle sales environment would be preferable.

  • Foreign languages would be beneficial

  • Self-motivated/driven with a strong sense of initiative. 

  • A positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organised and proactive – the ability to keep on top of the workload and manage the constantly varying demands of the role.

  • An interest in the luxury fashion and interiors industry

Photography Assistant - Santoro, Wimbledon

Our sister company Santoro London are looking for a Junior Photographer to assist their growing marketing team with generating and editing product imagery for catalogues, marketing materials, ecommerce and social media.

Santoro is a 35 year old award-winning design house, known for creating hugely successful art brands, 3D cards and licensing properties.

This is a great opportunity to grow into a progressive role within a fast-paced, creative environment, with exposure to many facets of the design process.

You will be involved with:

  • Taking high quality product pack shots for web and catalogue use

  • Using photo manipulation software to optimise imagery

  • Recommending cretive ideas to achieve visually exciting content

  • Using artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs

  • Conceptualising and executing lifestyle product shots for web, catalogue and social media use

  • Management of image library across all product categories

  • Working closely alongside studio, production, sales and social media teams to ensure photography is planned and completed in good time for various departments

  • Operating photographic equipment such as digital cameras and lighting, and researching the best equipment needed

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Photography (or equivalent)

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • A minimum of 1 year's proven experience as a photographer

  • Knowledge of digital cameras, lenses & lighting, with the ability to work without assistance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Detailed knowledge of photography and lighting

  • Customer focus with understanding of ecommerce platform and social media

  • Knowledge of videography and video editing a bonus

Graphics & Marketing Assistant - Santoro, Wimbledon

Are you a social media maverick? Can you create exciting, engaging and effective content?


This is your chance to make your mark! Due to relocation, our sister company Santoro London are looking for candidates to fulfil a variety of roles within a brand-new Marketing Team, to utilise social media and digital channels to their full potential.


This role represents an opportunity to join the team and be part of our fast-paced journey, helping maintain and develop our brands’ visibility with retailers and customers.


You will be involved with:

  • Planning and creating visual and written content for social media campaigns across Instagram, Pinterest and facebook

  • Creating visual and written content for mailshots that appeal to specific target markets across B2B and B2C platforms

  • Creating and maintaining engaging website imagery

  • Tracking and analysing engagement statistics, monitoring and adjusting campaigns focused on growth and sales conversions

  • Creating and producing graphics relating to in-store signage, trade show signage and printed media

  • Maintaining social media accounts and engaging with followers and the social community


Skills we’re looking for:

  • BA in Marketing or related field

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software - particualry Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design to print output and on-screen standard

  • Video editing/Animation skills

  • Self-Starter attitude, highly proactive and enthusiastic to try new strategies and visual trends

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO best practice, social media algorithms and engagement strategies
