To qualify for a full refund all returned products must be returned as supplied, unopened and unused, and in a resalable condition with the cellophane intact.

Santorus Ltd has no liability other than up to the total value of your original order. For your security please return items by recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.To qualify for a full refund all returned products must be returned as supplied, unopened and unused, and in a resalable condition with the cellophane intact.

UK standard Delivery charges for fabric will be £15.00 per order as the rolls are classed as oversized. Delivery outside the UK mainland is available at cost; please contact customer service for further details.

We can deliver to an alternative address to you billing address.

All Santorus fabrics must be dry cleaned only. Each fabric roll comes with a full set of care instructions and safety accreditation.
